Cancellation Policy
There is a 25% late cancellation for any cancellations made after 24 hours. After 20 minutes being late, you’re appointment will be canceled and the 25% late cancellation fee applied. No shows will be charged and not able to book any further appointments. Deposits ARE NONREFUNDABLE and can not be transferred to a different service. There is only one transfer per cancel, and it has to be for the same person and service and rescheduled within the open calendar dates or deposit lost! You also do not need to contact me to cancel your appointment, it is all available to you! Please be mindful that I do my best to be on time and show up every day, so I expect the same in return.
